Dementia – Memories & Culture
A film produced for Social Care Institute for Excellence about the importance of memories for people with dementia and how they can help connect people to their lives and experiences and aid communication. Â The film was made with people from the West Indian Senior Citizens Project in Leicester and reveals the importance of connecting with and understanding people’s backgrounds and cultures as part of memory and reminiscence.
